Hi everyone!
To begin when someone requests a recipe from me, well...
Sorry. I don't give out any recipes. I feel they are for me to know and for you to well...to not to have.
No, no, no...very unlike me. I love sharing recipes. Yes sometimes someone asks me for a recipe and I completely forget or don't have a "recipe" written down, but I love to share so when you comment asking for a recipe you don't have to say, "if the recipe isn't a secret..." :)
Anyway, I want to "blog my days" this week...so I will be writing down what I did every day. Technically I started this blog for this very purpose.
This morning after I woke up and ate breakfast I continued ironing basically all day (until 3ish) while trying to figure out cell group meeting misunderstandings and Sunday school closet cleaning times. Then I went into cleaning the house such as washing the floors (we have to wash a few times a week in this house!)
The preschool teacher also called me and asked if I could sub for her tomorrow because her daughter is sick. "Sure," I said. So that is what I will be doing tomorrow morning. The Tues Thurs group is a "handful" so hopefully all goes well!
I then took out the butter because I decided to make chocolate chip cookies for our cell group meeting tomorrow. Well, I started beating that and realized we did not have enough eggs. (That rarely happens). So I put that aside for tomorrow. Hmm...I thought....maybe I'll make "Birds Milk" oh well we did not have enough unflavored gelatin....So I gave up and went to play the piano...
I then started to get ready for youth...thinking that I was going to go early with Olga to organize our closet. Natalya was suppose to join too...but Olga's phone wasn't working so basically cleaning did not happen and we ended up going to coffee house...I felt bad that I did not make anything but I really did not have time with trying to iron...hate when tasks are unfinished. Diana always seems to be able to get everything done!
Youth...sat with Miss. Tanya Chiley who had too much coffee....them message was good in how we are suppose to have certain qualities in our lives. One that I have been working on is self control which he talked about as well. I've been trying work on control the words I say, as in not speaking so much, or saying something that may hurt someone.
I got home from Youth at 10...earliest ever! I thought I'd make coconut macaroons for tomorrow...fail. Enough eggs, not enough coconut. Yay for Wegman's tomorrow.
So that is pretty much it. Nothing fun and exciting but I feel accomplished today and heading off to get a good night's rest for the longg day tomorrow.
